We have available in our new building, a lab draw station, a pharmacy, physical therapy, as well as podiatrists, orthopedics and a pain management clinic. Electronic prescribing services are also used as a service to our patients. Our office provides on-call access to providers for after hour urgent care. Our on-line Patient Portal is available for messages, appointment requests and viewing results 24/7. We are designated as a Patient Centered Medical Home facility and participate in many programs to ensure our patients are receiving the best medical care possible. We also have an on-site RN, who works as a Care Manager, assisting in the needs of our patients, as well as, a Radiology Technician for any on-site x-rays, if needed. While caring for a patients overall health, our providers also have a special interest in Sports medicine and injuries, Sleep Apnea, Geriatrics, Chronic Disease Management, Obesity and Weight Management. We have 7 fulltime Physicians and a Nurse Practitioner all Board Certified in Family Medicine, not just treating patients for ailments such as bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, but also caring for their chronic issues, such as, diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol. We have a very friendly, caring and compassionate staff always ready to help.
